A beautiful (mostly raw) hazelnut torte that I made:
Base: Soaked hazelnuts, 1 cup full of dates and coconut oil ( I don’t measure things, so you gotta experiment).
Filling: approx 6 ripe avocados blended with 2 dates, molasses (not raw, and only a very little bit), cacao nibs, cocoa powder (raw), and carob syrup (not raw). Topped in strawberries, goji berries, cacao nibs, and not to mention LOVE.
This cake was shared between everyone and it made me so happy.
