My name is irrelevant. This blog is symbolic of my new beginning. In the past I have been unhealthy. I have treated my body in ways unforgivable and this is me changing that. I have lived in fear for so long, and I am not going to anymore. This blog follows my pursuit of Health, Happiness, Love and my spiritual/emotional development.

A little for porn for y’all, y’know how it is. This was yesterdays lunch/dinner I believe:

Brown rice, roast aubergine, sweet potato, parsnips, onion, bell pepper in oregano, olive oil and garlic. Some freshly made tahini, and a simple side salad.
