My name is irrelevant. This blog is symbolic of my new beginning. In the past I have been unhealthy. I have treated my body in ways unforgivable and this is me changing that. I have lived in fear for so long, and I am not going to anymore. This blog follows my pursuit of Health, Happiness, Love and my spiritual/emotional development.

This society that we have devised, this so-called “civilisation” that we live in has become a structured chaos. We as humans are born into this paradigm and we die within it too. The mind becomes rigid with fear, and although we see beauty within patterns we are simply too afraid to break them - to dive into the kaleidoscope and submerge ourselves in shapes foreign to the mind.  “The World Has Become Too Much With Us” and somewhere amidst our technological revolution we forgot that of the heart. There is so much hunger, there are so many tears, and in a world painted red - we seem not to want to see - and so we alienate our own Earthly senses. We become deaf, blind, and mute. And such is ignorance.
